Terms of Service - Teraroma eSIM

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Teraroma eSIMs ("Teraroma", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

Teraroma provides eSIM data plans for international travel. Our services include:

eSIM profile provisioning and activation
Mobile data connectivity in supported countries
Customer support for eSIM-related inquiries
Account management through our platform

3. Unlimited Data Plans

Our Unlimited data plans operate on a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) basis. Here's how they work:

Daily High-Speed Quota: You receive a daily allocation of high-speed data (typically 2GB-5GB per day, depending on your plan) without any speed restrictions.
After Daily Quota: Once you've used your daily high-speed allocation, speeds are reduced to up to 1 Mbps for the remainder of that day.
Automatic Daily Reset: Your high-speed data quota resets automatically every 24 hours.
Continued Access: Even after reaching your daily quota, you maintain unlimited access to data at reduced speeds—you're never completely cut off.

This policy ensures fair network usage for all customers while providing you with reliable connectivity throughout your travels.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Service Usage and Limitations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
Transmit any malicious code or viruses
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. You agree to:

Provide current, complete, and accurate payment information
Pay all fees and charges incurred through your account
Update payment information promptly when it changes

Full refund within 60 days of purchase if your eSIM has not been installed or activated. By agreeing to these Terms at checkout, you ask us to deliver your eSIM or virtual number immediately and acknowledge that you lose your UK 14-day right to cancel once it has been delivered. 6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service availability depends on:

Network operator coverage in your location
Your device compatibility and configuration
Local regulations and restrictions
Maintenance and technical requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERAROMA ESIMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We are not responsible for:

Network coverage or quality issues beyond our control
Device compatibility problems
Service interruptions due to force majeure events
Actions of third-party network operators
Data usage or charges from other services

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teraroma and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party

9. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
