Refunds for unused eSIMs

If you have not installed or activated your eSIM, email team@teraroma.io within 60 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

eSIMs that have been installed or activated

Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, refunds are considered case by case — for example if the eSIM cannot connect due to a fault on our side. Contact us and we will investigate.

Your UK 14-day cancellation right

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content such as an eSIM, this right ends once delivery begins, but only if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. We ask for that agreement with a separate checkbox at checkout, and record it with your order.

Until your eSIM is delivered, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Our 60-day refund for unused eSIMs is in addition to, not instead of, your statutory rights.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take several working days to show the credit.
