Teraroma Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment

You must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be approved by Teraroma

We reserve absolute discretion to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.

2. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Affiliates are provided unique tracking links. Tracking is cookie-based with a 30-day attribution window. Commission requires a successfully tracked, qualified sale; failed tracking does not earn commission.

• If tracking fails (e.g. due to cookie deletion, browser settings, or ad blockers), no commission is owed
• Teraroma tracking data is final and binding

You must NOT:

• Use cookie stuffing or any deceptive tracking methods
• Mislead users about the nature of links
• Alter, modify, or tamper with tracking links in any way

3. Commission Structure

Start at 10% commission on qualified sales, rising to 15% and up to 20% based on performance. Tier upgrades are subject to Teraroma approval; no upgrade or earnings are guaranteed.

A sale qualifies only if no refund is requested or chargeback initiated within 30 days of the sale. Refunded, cancelled or fraudulent sales do not earn commission; previously credited commissions may be reversed.

A "Qualified Sale" occurs when:

• A user clicks your unique affiliate link
• Completes a purchase on the Teraroma platform
• Does not request a refund or initiate a chargeback within 30 days

The following are NOT considered Qualified Sales and will not earn commission:

• Traffic generated by bots, scripts, or automated systems
• Self-referrals (purchases made by the affiliate themselves)
• Any fraudulent, manipulated, or artificially generated activity

4. Payments

• Commissions are paid monthly once the minimum payout of $100 USD is reached and the 40-day post-sale hold has passed. Eligible balances below $100 USD carry forward to the next monthly payout.
• The minimum payout is $100 USD; it is not £100 or €100.
• Payout methods are PayPal, bank transfer and crypto, subject to availability and approval.

We reserve the right to:

• Withhold payments pending investigation of suspicious activity
• Reverse commissions on refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent transactions
• Offset any liabilities owed by the affiliate against pending commissions

5. Affiliate Obligations

You must:

• Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising regulations and GDPR
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content
• Maintain accurate, truthful, and non-misleading content at all times

You must NOT:

• Run paid advertisements on Teraroma brand keywords or variations thereof
• Impersonate Teraroma or create the impression of official endorsement
• Promote illegal, harmful, defamatory, or deceptive content
• Use spam of any kind (email, SMS, bots, social media automation)

6. Marketing Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Spam traffic of any kind
• Fake incentives or misleading reward offers
• Misleading claims about Teraroma products or services
• Distribution or creation of unauthorized discount codes

All email marketing campaigns must receive prior written approval from Teraroma before distribution.

7. Fraud & Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the affiliate program will result in:

• Immediate termination of your affiliate account
• Complete forfeiture of all unpaid and pending commissions
• Potential legal action to recover damages and costs

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Teraroma branding and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Teraroma services under this agreement.

You may NOT:

• Modify, alter, or create derivative works from Teraroma branding
• Register domain names confusingly similar to Teraroma
• Bid on Teraroma trademarked keywords in paid advertising

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 3 days' written notice for any reason or no reason at all
• Immediately and without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms

Teraroma reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, at any time, for any reason.

Upon termination:

• All affiliate links must be removed immediately from all platforms
• All use of Teraroma branding and materials must cease immediately
• Any pending commissions may be forfeited at Teraroma's discretion

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERAROMA ESIMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Teraroma's total aggregate liability under this agreement shall be limited to the total commissions actually paid to the affiliate in the 3 months preceding the claim. Teraroma makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the affiliate program, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teraroma eSIMs, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your participation in the affiliate program, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Modifications

Teraroma reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the affiliate program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
